Regimul alimentar este o preocupare importanta a pacientilor (cel putin a pacientilor mei), mai importanta chiar decat tratamentul cu medicamente.

Frecvent trebuie sa dau indicatii de regim pacientilor cu boli de fiere, si cred ca acestea va pot fi utile si dvs.

Scopul regimului alimentar in bolile de fiere

  1. Impiedicarea aparitiei sau cresterii calculilor (pietrelor)
  2. Favorizarea evacuarii bilei – in cazul veziculei biliare lenese -(bila care stagneaza in vezicula biliara favorizeaza aparitia pietrelor)
  3. Impiedicarea contractiilor violente – in cazul veziculei biliare prea “nervoase”
  4. Impiedicarea aparitiei durerilor si celorlalte simptome datorate proastei functionari a fierii
  5. Prevenirea aparitiei altor complicatii sau simptome datorate proastei functionari a fierii (greata, gust amar, dureri, diaree, denutritie, etc)

Alimente contraindicate in bolile de fiere

In principiu in majoritatea bolilor de fiere trebuie sa fie evitate unele alimente mai greu suportate de organism(dr Ditoiu):

  1. Supe si ciorbe grase sau condimentate
  2. Ciorba de burta
  3. Tocanite prajite
  4. Prajeli (oua, carne, ceapa, cartofi)
  5. Tocaturi (chiftelute, mici, carnati)
  6. Mezeluri grase
  7. Afumaturi
  8. Condimente
  9. Fasole, varza, sarmale, muraturi
  10. Maioneze
  11. Salata de vinete, boeuf
  12. Ciocolata, cacao
  13. Smantana, unt, lapte gras, branzeturi grase
  14. Grasimi de orice fel (porc, rata, gasca, oaie)
  15. Bauturi alcoolice tari sau gazoase
  16. Prajituri cu frisca sau oua

Cat se tine regimul alimentar?

Recomandam ca in principiu regimul alimentar sa se tina in perioadele cu simptome, dar grasimile de orice fel ar trebui evitate permanent.

Personalizarea regimului alimentar in bolile de fiere

Aceste indicatii de regim sunt generale, care pot sa nu se potriveasca unui caz particular. Indicatii personalizate pentru o anumita persoana poate da doar medicul curant.

Regimul alimentar nu este acelasi pentru orice persoana suferinda de fiere

Fiecare persoana care este “consultata”, primeste un sfat medical pe internet, are pretentia ca acest sfat sa fie “personalizat” sa i se adreseze exclusiv lui, sa nu fie un raspuns standard, “automat”. Acest lucru este practic imposibil, deoarece medicul care ii da sfatul nu are datele necesare pentru a da o indicatie “personalizata”, deci da tot un sfat teoretic (dr Ditoiu).

Si regimul alimentar trebuie sa fie personalizat – in orice boala- , iar aceasta personalizare nu se poate face decat stiind direct pacientul, cu.. bunele si relele lui (medicale).

In cazul bolilor de fiere, regimul de mai sus este teoretic, dar pacientul poate observa daca:

  1. Suporta unele dintre alimentele contraindicate
  2. Nu suporta unele dintre alimentele care nu figureaza in lista de mai sus.
  3. In anumite perioade suporta unele alimente, iar altadata nu le suporta.

In functie de acestea, fiecare dintre dvs poate sa isi faca propriul regim alimentar personalizat.

Ce poate sa manance o persoana cu o boala de fiere?

Practic, am observat ca sunt suportate urmatoarele alimente;

  1. Supe si ciorbe de legume sau carne slaba
  2. Tocanite fara ceapa sau cu ceapa fiarta
  3. Piureuri de cartofi, legume
  4. Legume fierte sau fripte
  5. Carne fiarta (rasol) sau fripta
  6. Carne slaba (pui, vita)
  7. Lapte slab si branzeturi slabe
  8. Fructe si legume crude (salate)
  9. Prajituri cu fructe (tarte)

Sunt operata de fiere de aproximativ 4 luni dar nu pot sa mananc mai nimic pentru ca fac criza si ma ia numai dimineata pe le 4-5,nu stiu ce sa mai fac m-am operat ca sa scap de dureri si din contra am dureri mai mari.

Daca operatia de fiere a fost facuita FARA SA AVETI PIETRE, este probabil ca simptomele vor persista mult timp, cu sau fara tratament. Regimul poate fi util.Cel mai bine va poate sfatui medicul care v-a operat, si stie cel mai bine problema dvs.

As vrea sa va mai intreb daca fumez in jur de 4 pana la maxim 10 tigari pe zi pot sa fumez sau nu?

De fumat puteti fuma, dar cu riscurile ca boala sa mearga prost.

Am hepatita B C D si HIV, la ce medic sa ma adresez?

De aceste boli se ocupa medicii infectionisti

Daca ma tratati dvs de hepatita B sigur scap de boala?

Nici un medic din lume nu va poate garanta ca scapati sigur de o boala, indiferent de medic, tara sau boala.

    Am 29 ani si sunt insarcinata(15 saptamani).am facut recent un ecograf la gastroenterolog pt ca aveam niste crize puternice in timpul noptii de stomac,ziceam eu,dar sa depistat ca am piatra la fiere de 130 mm.as vrea sa stiu daca este vreo sansa sa elimin piatra sau numai prin operatie?va rog mult daca se poate sa-mi raspunde-ti,sunt si ingrijorata din cauza sarcinei.va multumesc din sufl

    sint operat de fiere laparascop de vreo 5 ani in ultimul timp am dureri foarte mari in afara regimului alimentar ce imi puteti recomanda contra durerilor

    Buna ziua d-le doctor de o luna de zile nu pot sa mananc aproape nimic am fost la doctor si mi sa spus ca am fierea lenesa si incarcata si am si ulcer duodenal am facut helicobacterul pilori si a iesit pozitiv 21,4 sunt balonat si am stare de greata tin regim de o luna si nu vad nici o schimbare. Am facut si analize TGO-37,75U/L iar TGP-60,81U/L
    si la analize mi-au iesit si chisti de lambri iar ficatul este marit
    am luat motilium, fiobilin, nexium, liv52,klabax 500mg, si amoxicilina de 1g si nici un rezultat ce imi recomandati dv ma multumesc

    buna ziua d-le doctor,am hepatita B+D,am facut roferon 10 luni de zile si nu a dat niciun efect dupa care mi sa intrerupt intrucit mi-au scazut foarte mult trombocitele si mi sa marit splina,trebuind sa ma operez si sa mi se scoata splina ca sa pot face un alt tratament mi sa explicat.Ce ma sfatuiti sa fac,si daca as putea veni la un control la dumneavoastra?

    buna seara.acum o luna am fost operata de colecist,ptr ca aveam 3 calculi de 15 mm.domnul doctor mi-a spus sa tin regim o luna,dupa care sa incep sa mananc,orice ce,dar in cantitati moderate.as dori sa stiu daca ar tb sa iau vre-un fel de pastile pentru ficat,avand in vedere faptul ca ficatul va prelua si functia fierei.multumesc

    Acum 3 luni am facut analize si au iesit bine.Cele legate de fiere au iesit normale.Dupa 1 luna am fost nevoit sa ma operez de fiere pentru ca aveam doua pietre aproape de marimea unui ou de gaina.Intrebarea mea ar fi :cum este posibil doar in 1 luna sa se formeze asa pietre mari.va multumesc

    buna ma numesc madalina,tatal meu sufera de hepatita b cronica din 2007 si de fiecare data analizele sunt satisfacatoare…la ultima internare din 2010 analizele iau iesit bune in afara de transminaze care sunt mari TGO116 TGP98…ce tratament ii recomandati? multumesc!

    Am hepatita C, am si un exces de fier, FE:190. Desi evit carnea rosie, ficatul si alte alimente bogate in fier, fierul nu a scazut.Ce se impune in asemenea situatie?Trebuie sa fac si alte investigatii?Persoanele cu exces de fier au mai putine sanse de a raspunde la tratamentul cu interferon? Mentionez ca am intrebat medicul de familie in legatura cu acest subiect , am primit un raspuns sec:nu ma pricep.Cui trebuie sa ma adresez?

    Incarcatura virala e relevanta in stabilirea severitatii bolii
    Consecintele unei incarcaturi virale ridicate pot fi un respuns terapeutic diminuat

    Eu am facut Fibromax si Fibroscan, rezultatul e acelasi, F1-F2, mai e nevoie sa fac si biopsia? -

    Care dintre cele 3 analize e mai sigura?

    Daca fibroza este F1-F2, am sanse sa obtin aprobare pentru tratament?

    Eu am facut Fibromax si Fibroscan, rezultatul e acelasi, F1-F2, mai e nevoie sa fac si biopsia?Care dintre cele 3 analize e mai sigura?
    Daca fibroza este F1-F2, am sanse sa obtin aprobare pentru tratament?Astept si rezultatul de la viremie.

    Buna ziua,
    Acum un an am fost operat de colecist. Dupa operatie toate bune si frumoase. Fara complicatii sau probleme.
    Am ajuns zilele acestea in spital pe o boala reumatismala. Mi s-au facut anumite analize la sange si s-a constatat ca am TGP-ul de 47,54.
    Medicul da familie m-a trimis sa fac un nou set de analize legate de ficat. Dar traind in Romania…..le voi putea face doar pe data de 9.12.2010
    Ce ar fi de facut pentru ficatul meu?

    Revin, va rog sa ma scuzati, n-am vrut sa intreb de Fibroscan(stiu ca rezultatul se da imediat) ci de Fibromax, de la data recoltarii probei cat timp dureaza pentru a afla rezultatul de la Fibromax?

    am 35 ani si am dureri de cap sivomit fierea am facut nennumarate echo si mi se spune ca fierea nu are nimic e doar un pic curbata dar mie imi este rau cite 3 zile stau in pat si vomit am baut si ceai de anghinare rostopasca si pastile si nimictin si regim nu maninc tocaturi prajeli nu consum alcol rar cafea am observat ca am aceste sintome si inainte de menstruatie am fost si la ginecolog am luat si anticonceptionale si nimic nu simt fierea sa ma doara doar ma doare capul rau si vomit ce e de facut

    Orice indicatie – regim alimentar, regim de viata si munca, tratament etc- este in responsabilitatea medicului curant(daca nu aveti un medic gastroenterolog care sa va sfatuiasca si doriti va puteti programa pentru consult pe site)…...http://www.hepatite.ro/contact/.
    Sanatatea este o problema mult prea importanta (sau ar trebui sa fie), ca sa experimentezi sfaturi generale de pe net, si sa le aplici pe propria piele..

    Am hepatita cronica C, descoperita recent, nu am nici un simptom. Va rog sa-mi spuneti daca as putea continua sa merg la sala pentru a face aerobic, m-am simtit foarte bine pana in prezent, dar acum nu stiu daca mai este indicat.
    Am si un surplus de fier, FE=188 micro g/dl, cum se poate elimina surplusul de fier, doar prin regim alimentar?Precizez
    ca nu am luat nici un supliment, nici vitamine.

    Va rog sa-mi raspundeti in cele doua probleme pe care le am: eu am 38 ani si am steatoza hepatica de gradul2, si as dori sa stiu cum pot scapa de aceasta problema . Mentionez ca locuiesc in Spania.A doua problema este tatal meu care are 63 ani si are ciroza lichida ,dar nu i sa tras deocamdata lichid . ce este de facut? tatal locuieste in RM-VALCEA.

    Textele postate pe site sunt originale, am muncit sute de ore sa le aduc la formatul actual, si le pun la dispozitia dvs neconditionat.
    Din pacate din lipsa de timp (lucrez si la spital si la Universitatea de Medicina Carol Davila Bucuresti si in privat), si din motive tehnice , nu vreau sa dau sfaturi pe net, datorita riscului de a gresi, prin necunoasterea aprofundata si directa a cazului respectiv. Deci, nu-mi solicitati va rog parerea pe net referitor la suferinta sau analizele dvs sau ale altora, pentru ca nu acesta este scopul acestui site.
    Postez intrebarile dvs deoarece ele pot ajuta alti utilizatori, si din ele mai extrag si subiecte pe care le postez pe site la pagina la care postez intrebarea dvs..

    poate cineva sami dea un sfat am avut hepatita de tip b de 25 ani ami probleme si cu fierea cit e posibil tin regim alimentar ,se poate pe baza de stres sami afecteze fierea pt cam un lucru ffffffffffstresant sint fff obosita nu dorm noptile cind sint necajita pling vomit si am dureri enorme de cap fiere ce pot lua pt ameliorare .va multumesc

    Domnul Doctor,cu respect ,am o serie de intrebari si nedumeriri in acelasi timp:in urma citirii celor scrise de dvs.,nu inteleg ,e voie consumarea fructelor si legumelor crude(in salate) postcolecistectomie(la pacient -42 de ani-sex masculin)?Nu ati pomenit nicaieri daca oul-poate fi consumat in vreun fel=fiert moale,dietetic in apa?in perisoare de pui sau budinci la cuptor?
    de asemenea despre legume:in ce masura poate fi consumata rosia-fiarta,fara pielite si seminte?sub forma de bulion in sosuri sau sarmalute dietetice?
    Scrieti “legume fierte si/sau coapte/fripte”?inseamna ardei copti?
    In ce masura poate fi consumata mamaliga si cum:fiarta bine,tare sau sub forma de terci?
    Painea,la un pacient cu toleranta la glucoza dar si ulcer gastric si esofagita A Los Angeles…plus HTA std.2(in tratament cu noliprel si concor)…poate fi alba,veche si uscata?Ca neagra ,se bate cu ulcerul gastric in tratament si “d-ul Helicobacter P.”?

    De o buna bucata de vreme am o durere in zona ficatului ,durere care se acentueaza rau de tot si radiaza pina in spate daca merg sau stau in picioare. Durerea cedeaza daca ma intind cca 30 minute. In urma unui CT mi s-a consemnat un chist hepatic de 0,7 cm si un colecist hipoton cudat sau asa ceva. Intrebarea mea este daca acest chist hepatic sau colecist hipoton pot genera astfel de dureri ?

    Orice organism are nevoie de o continuitate si stabilitate in viata sa, la fel si omul.
    Daca lipsa de hrana si apa pentru o perioada (asta inseamna postul negru) ar fi benefica, nu vad de ce nu ar fi la fel si lipsa de aer sau de caldura… poate se calsete orgasnimul astfel…
    Cred ca va dati seama ca este o prostie din punct de vedere medical. O alimentatie echilibrata continua este mult mai utila decat postul negru.

    am si eu o mica “problema” si v-as cere o parere, ce parere aveti de posturi (“negre”), prietenele mi-au recomandat post mai des, cum ca ar face foarte bine la ficat; dvs ce parere aveti? e benefic postul? si daca da, cat timp tre sa tin? 1/saptamana, un timp mai indelungat dar cu o zi pe saptamana?; va multumesc mult ptr timpul si raspunsul acordat; toata stima, Loredana

    BUNA! AM FOST LA DOCTOR LA ANALIZE SI MI-A SPUS CA AM COLECIST CUTAT SI TOTODATA MI-A DAT O LISTA LUNGA DE CE NU POT MANCA. NU SUNT DELOC O DEVORATOARE DE ORICE CI DIN CONTRA.     de ceva vreme ma doare rau in partea dreapta ,nu pot manca mai nimic ca imi face rau,si imi provoaca diaree cu crampe puternice de burta.Alimentele care am observat ca imi fac rau sunt varza, fasolea,castraveti,ardei gras,salata verde.,usturoi,si toate sucurile cu acid imi provoaca dureri mari.

    Buna ziua,

    va rog mult sa ma ajutati cu o informatie sau, ce se poate spune despre E-uri? sunt E-uri bune si E-uri rele? fiindca, pe orice produs cumparat nu exista sa nu scrie cel putin un
    E-u sau cativa termeni chimici.
    Va multumesc mult de raspuns si va doresc un an nou cat mai bun plin de realizari, si multa sanatate!

    Felicitari, domnule dr. Ditoiu! Ati facut un lucru remarcabil in Romania. Un site de informare detaliat si serios, intretinut de catre un doctor competent si sensibil! Se vede! Cred ca este de mare ajutor pentru multi.

    Ma numesc Pandelescu Stefania
    Am 32 ani sunt din Bucuresti
    Am facut ecografie abdominala si mi s-a spus ca am la vezica biliara: – forma hipotona, reziduu in cant.mica, microcalculi biliari cei mai mari de 6 mm dispusi “in plaja”.
    De asemenea la rinichi: – microcalculi de 5 mm bilateral in special pe stg.
    Ce imi recomandati? Tratament sau operatie?

    Nu stiu ce este fierea densa… probabil mai vascoasa.
    Oricum fierea nu se opereaza daca nu da simptome – vedeti subiectul pe acest site.

    buna ziua,sunt operata de fire de aproximativ 4 luni dar nu pot sa mananc mai nimic pentru ca fac criza si ma ia numai dimineata pe le 4-5,nu stiu ce sa mai fac mam operat ca sa scap de dureri si din contra am dureri mai mari.As vrea sa va mai intreb daca fumez in jur de 4 pala la maxim 10 tigari pe zi pot sa fumez sau nu.VA MULTUMESC

    Buna ziua.
    Apreciez initiativa dumneavoastra de informare prin intermediul acestui site.
    Am 31 ani, hepatita C, am facut tratament 3 luni cu Pegasys(180ug/sapt) si Ribavirina dar fara rezultat. As dori sa aflu un regim alimentar pentru hepatita C.
